Artist Statement
Billy lives and works in London
is a dapper dandy man..
..and a bit of a scallywag.
Billy's fashion label collection is currently sold on the Rokit vintage store website.
He has done internships at the Jerwood gallery, All Visual Arts (AVA), Isis gallery and L-13 gallery amongst others.
